- Returns
- Commercial Coils accepts returns of unused, undamaged, standard inventory coils in their original shipping
boxes with 30 days of shipment postpaid.
- A credit or refund will be issued on the amount of the original invoice less freight cost.
- A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged.
- Special order coils or custom coils cannot be returned.
- Call for authorization on all returns.
- International Orders
- International Orders will be accepted at the exchange rates in effect at the time of the order.
- Payment must be arranged in advance prior to shipment.
- Custom Orders
- Custom order items must be prepaid before coils will be released to production.
